The wireless pen camera has two way to receive its video, one is use a wireless DVR, or use it with wireless USB receiver, that you can connect it to PC or Laptop to view video. (support Windows XP only, the USB receiver don't support win 7 yet.)
You should have a software CD, install the drives, then you need to install the software "MultiViewer", and connect the device, turn the "MultiViewer" on, if your device did not install properly, that this software will show "Not found valid video capture device"---that you need re-install the drive.
If the "MultiViewer" can be opened, that it means your device is installed and connected, it has 4 windows, in one of the window should display the video which received from the pen camera(press the key on the top of the pen camera to turn it on.)
If none of the windows show any video, that you need try to turn the device to NTSC or PAL standard. You can find it in the menu, it shows PAL, NTSC standards, while you choose NTSC or PAL that the device should works, cause your pen camera is set in PAL or NTSC standard in the factory.
If the "MultiViewer" wants you to login, you just need click login button, and don't need input anything. It doesn't have ID and password.
